Clean room, nice Social Kitchen and a Luggage Room where you could leave you suitcase after check-out.

At night our room was a bit too cold and you could not adjust it yourself.

Clean and cool, friendly atmosphere

Brand new, all you need, great coffee in room. Communal area and nice luggage storage. Everything self-service, we saw no staff at all during our stay. Supermarket across the street.

Chic spot for a quick one night stay

The decor was amazing, the communal space and facilities looked really great. We only had a one night stay, so did not really have a chance to utilise these enough. Central location, clearly every detail was thought through in the property.

The water pressure was ridiculously bad, I have never had this bad pressure anywhere in Finland. Made it quite impossible to shower properly.

We loved how everything was thought of in this apartment. The interior design itself was amazing and the apartment was spacious. We also loved the location and all the facilities (sauna) and contactless checkin. We will definitely stay here again if given the chance.

Cozy hotel in the city center, perfect for couples and groups of friends alike

Very cozy hotel in the center of Helsinki. Rooms were spacious but cozy, the bathroom well equipped and pleasant to use. The extra gadgets in the room are nice (instax camera, retro gaming console). Common rooms include a cozy place to stay and watch tv or play a game, a kitchen, a breakfast room, and a laundry room. Responsive and helpful staff. Great choice and not even that expensive!

Small issues, but responsive staff

Staff was very response and polite on WhatsApp. Checkin was easy, and the room had lots of amenities. I like that it has a local focus such as art.

The thermostat was not operating when we got there, so the room was warm. I was able to get a very quick response and was able to turn it on at the breaker panel, but the temp would always reset back to 21°C. Also, the hand and body wash in the shower was empty.

Well designed place near the center, great value.

Bob W is great value for money very near the center of Helsinki. The main thing I'd like to commend is how well it is designed. The light switches, for example, that eliminate the usual hotel room guesswork. Loads of wall outlets. Cutlery, plates, tea, coffee. And the complimentary use of the 24/7 gym membership is a great idea. The online check-in worked fine and was convenient. I also appreciate the possibility of being able to check in early for a small fee. The bed is very comfortable. The doors are sound proof, so you don't hear any commotion in the hallway. The design is also appealing to the eye.

The hotel definitely has no view (none was promised). And the chairs are nice design chairs but not that comfortable to sit on.

Todo lo que alguna vez soñé en un alojamiento. Ojalá pudiera evaluarlo con un 11.

El lugar es espectacular. Todo lo que alguna vez soñé en un alojamiento. La calidad de todo lo que hay en el hotel es excepcional tanto en las áreas comunes como en las habitaciones. Muy buen gusto en la decoración. Tienen en cuenta hasta los pequeños detalles. Sumamente limpio e impecable todo. Puedes acceder al hotel algunas horas antes del checkin y después del check out para usar los espacios comunes como la cocina, el espacio guarda equipaje y el wifi. La cocina común es increible, super completa. En la habitación hay una cafetera, tetera, microondas y heladera. Además te dan una bolsa de café molido y unos tes increibles. El precio muy bueno y está en una de las mejores zonas de Helsinski. Lo super recomiendo!

Encantados con bob!!

Nos asusto el no tener recepcionista donde acudir, pero al revés, en cuanto escribí pidiendo modificar el aire de la calefacción y para otras cosillas más fueron súper rápidos a través del número de whastap.... te dejan detalles y regalos súper bien pensados y nos agradaron la estancia

El aire no lo podíamos modificar y al final lo tuvimos que apagar, pero no nos implicó nada malo.

Un gran concepto de alojamiento

El edificio es céntrico, se entra al portal con el mismo código que a la habitación. Las instalaciones son nuevas y están decoradas con mucho gusto. Hay cocina común y salón. Nuestra habitación incluía cocina y baño propios, y tenía de todo en un tamaño reducido. Gratamente sorprendidos.

El código de la cerradura de la habitación daba error. El personal de limpieza intentó usar su llave maestra y le pasaba lo mismo. Contactamos por Whatsapp y al poco tiempo pudimos acceder. En la habitación tienen una cámara Polaroid por si quieres hacer una foto y dejarla allí, pero no tenía carrete (avisamos por si querían reponerlo para los próximos huéspedes).

Fantástico

Habitación nueva y limpia. Cómodo, con algunos detalles para los huéspedes. La comunicación con el personal a través de whatsapp es muy rápida. Tienen taquillas para dejar las maletas, también cocina y sala de estar.

No está en ninguna calle céntrica, pero bien ubicado.

Un hotel que consigue sorprender

Un hotel que nos sorprendió bastante. Parecía muy nuevo, y disponía de todos los servicios que necesitábamos. Aunque no hay personal, todas las comunicaciones que hice fueron contestadas inmediatamente de una manera muy diligente y agradable. Tenía hasta una consola de videojuegos que no llegamos a usar.

Moderno y muy bien ubicado

Instalaciones modernas y con buen gusto. Habitación amplia y práctica. La ubicación del hotel es uno de sus puntos fuertes.

Nos faltaron toallas desde el principio y no hay recepción ni nadie que te atienda, solo por WhatsApp y la comunicación no siempre es fluida. Además la calefacción de la habitación es limitada y pasamos bastante frío. Otro punto en contra para mí son los nórdicos individuales. Además para que te guarden las maletas antes del check in o después del check out hay una sala sin ninguna vigilancia donde hay seis cabinas con código para guardar equipaje que siempre estuvieron ocupadas por lo que el resto de maletas quedan ahí a la vista de todos los alojados y si falta algo el hotel no se hace responsable como indican en un cartel (no me dio mucha confianza)
